CRAFT BEER MADE HERE
Milwaukee Brewing Company started in 1996 in the basement of a farmhouse in Cedarburg by two Milwaukee area home brewers. With limited resources and unlimited delicious beer ideas, our little Milwaukee Brewing Company opened it’s Milwaukee Ale House in 1997 in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. The Milwaukee Ale House has been a fixture in Milwaukee since then, and helped bring many thirsty patrons to the now-hip neighborhood. The “Ale’s what Cures Ya!” tag gives a nod to a pitch line from the past, and now it is a mission statement for our brewery.
Our packaging indicates the beer is ‘brewed under the Watchful eye of Three of Four Guys”. Not exactly true. With the addition last year of Christine to the crew, it is four or five people.
